Project Manager - Federal Construction Projects Apply
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, primarily in the public and government space. They will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. We are really looking for someone that is a self-starter that will not needed to be micromanaged.

- Candidates that complete the questionnaire will be prioritized in the review process
- Develop full-scale project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide direction and support to project teams
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Prepare project status reports and presentations
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred, not required
- 5+ years in Project Management
- Previous work completing Government and Federal Construction projects
- Strong understanding of GSA and FAA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Salary Offering 120k-150k /yr depending on experience
