Job Summary

Role Description:

Business PM

o Min. 15+ years of experience with good understanding on Financial Services domain

o Must have experience working in FX, Treasury, Accounting domains

o Strong stakeholder management experience and defining program plans, schedules, risk management, budget management etc. for large scale programs

o Demonstrated experience managing large and complex program implementations with multiple systems involved

o Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and non-verbal

o Prior experience successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets

o Previous experience working with vendors and 3rd party providers

o Demonstrated analytical skills that includes problem solving and risk mitigation

o Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills

o Demonstrated experience creating program KPIs (key performance indicators) and managing a programs strengths and areas of improvement against those guidelines

o Prior experience managing a team where performance management includes constructive feedback and identifying developmental opportunities to team members
