Job Description We're looking for a Service Project Manager with hands‑on experience in fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, intrusion system s. This role focuses on estimating, coordinating, and managing short‑duration, service‑level projects (typically under one week and What You'll Do: Estimate and manage small‑scale service projects from start to finish Provide technical and programming support to field techs and partners Coordinate labor, materials, and site access to ensure smooth execution Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope and deliver solutions Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery Track project costs, documentation, and billing in the ERP system What You Bring: 1-3 years of experience managing fire/security system installations 5+ years in the low‑voltage industry Field experience with cabling, device install, wiring, and troubleshooting would be a plus Strong estimating, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Additional Info: Base salary range: $80-90K + 2 x Incentive plans Cell phone stipend - $900/year Car Allowance - $6,000/year Schedule - 8am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday (approx.)
