Project Manager, Fort Pierce, FL


Our client is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join there manufacturing team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong engineering and manufacturing knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for successful project execution
  • Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and documentation
  • Review and execute projects in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Develop and manage project schedules, reports, and client updates
  • Order materials per project plans, specifications, and approved submittals
  • Balance risk management and cost optimization to meet financial objectives
  • Create and maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
  • Revise and maintain minor updates to CAD models and Bills of Material
  • Participate in QA/QC processes and support production teams as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or related)
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, ASME Section VIII Division I, and ASTM Section IX
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling, drawings, and machine design
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and welding
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment


Work Environment

  • Onsite role in Fort Pierce, FL
  • Manufacturing facility setting
