Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong federal portfolio, is hiring for a Project Manager / Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role will oversee federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring full compliance with government standards, safety protocols, and contract requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with federal stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead federal construction projects on active military installations Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurement Oversee daily field operations and coordinate site teams Ensure compliance with federal, NAVFAC, and USACE standards Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality control protocols Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and government representatives Drive schedule performance and critical path milestones Prepare and manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance Requirements 5+ years’ experience in federal construction project management or site supervision Experience working on military bases or secure government facilities preferred Strong knowledge of federal construction standards and compliance requirements Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget OSHA 30 (preferred) Active security clearance or ability to obtain one strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Apply Now Call Clayton: (464) 227-2989 Send resumes to #J-18808-Ljbffr
