Project Manager – Federal Construction (Utah) – Salary up to $120k, travel required About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager specializing in General Construction for Federal Projects. The role requires managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects from development to completion while working closely with a diverse team and federal clients to ensure the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of construction projects: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, and RFIs. Manage multiple active projects simultaneously. Work under pressure with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and unforeseen challenges. Take ownership and drive results – no paper‑pusher role. Ensure compliance with federal construction standards for FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states. Qualifications Project manager experience with federal construction. Strong technical delivery skills (schedules, budgets, submittals, etc.). Proficiency with Procore preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable working across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
