Contract Hardware Distributor is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our talented team of professionals. Woodard Builders Supply is a family owned company that has been in business since 1936. We have a 90 year history in furnishing commercial doors, frames and hardware throughout the United States.

Project Management background preferred.

Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as consistency in meeting project deadlines and logistical requirements to exceed customer expectations.

Candidates must have a strong ability to multitask as needed.

Project Manager Duties include:

Interacting with estimators to review, plan and organize projects the company has been awarded

Sales calls on projects the company has bid on

Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

Utilizing product catalogs and vendor web sites to learn and verify product applications

Issuing purchase orders for wood doors and door hardware

Reviewing detailing department's project submittals, shop drawings and product literature for customer review and approval

Communicating effectively with customers to resolve any issues on the project

Interacting with all warehouse, shop and office personnel to coordinate deliveries with customers to meet project construction schedules
