There is a path and potential for this role, under the mentorship of the current Office Manager, to transition to Office Manager duties. This would include the management of a 15-person office to include civil site engineering, in-house land surveying, administrative staff, office financials, and contributing to overall company management via addition to the overall Operations Management Team.

Preferred: Current/recent proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Required: VA Licensed Professional Engineer P.E., Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, or equivalents; 5-10 years of experience in land development & public works projects; supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans and rezonings, managing engineering design teams, and developing client relationships.
