Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Multi Family Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-family residential projects and possess strong leadership skills. Experience in senior living projects will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of multi-family residential construction projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family residential construction management.
- Experience with senior living projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
