Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and project leadership to manage capital investment projects in an onsite capacity in Hodges, SC. Experience with MS Project, Caterpillar NPI systems/tools/processes, and the Obeya method for project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize MS Project for scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Apply Obeya techniques to manage large-scale projects, drive team collaboration, and ensure transparency across the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Caterpillar NPI tools/systems/processes to manage project deliverables.
