We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy construction projects with excellence, ensuring deadlines, costs, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. If you’re passionate about project leadership and sustainability, we want to hear from you.Your Mission:Plan, organize, and supervise renewable energy construction projects in alignment with our Construction Director’s guidelines and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering client-focused solutions on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Analyze technical project documentation and budgets to effectively plan all construction phases.Define project guidelines with Site and Construction Managers, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks.Lead client communications, managing milestones, reporting, and overall project performance.Oversee compliance with QHSE and internal methodologies such as Kaizen and C-Map.Track budgets, procurement, and logistics, ensuring accurate SAP inputs and cost control.Support NCR documentation, team development, and HR initiatives like the Apprenticeship Program.Ensure timely invoicing and financial tracking in coordination with finance and client teams.Lead and develop internal teams, promoting technical excellence and a strong, values-driven culture.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Science (Relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree)Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in the renewable energy sectorStrong knowledge of national/international construction legislation and QHSE proceduresProficiency in project planning tools, budgeting, and reporting systems (SAP preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsOSHA 30 and NCCER Instructor Certification is a plusPay: Commensurate with experienceApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
