Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with minimum 6+ years of experience in managing projects.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to lead teams, and the capacity to document and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and ensure successful execution to meet project goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, motivation, and team performance.
- Deliverable Management: Ensure all project deliverables are documented and completed on time, in line with client and business requirements.
- Communication & Reporting: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays or scope changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are captured and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Manage project resources effectively, ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, successfully leading and delivering projects.
- Exposure to Service now platform is critical and should have worked in a service now project.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project status, risks, and strategies to stakeholders and management clearly.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail in capturing project deliverables, timelines, and progress.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address project challenges and find effective solutions.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier Indian Institute of Management
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications is a plus.
- Experience in creating BRD (Business Requirements Document)
- Industry Experience: Experience in managing projects in IT Industry will be a plus.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile project environments.
- SNOW Knowledge: Experience/Knowledge with SNOW platform and modules like ITSM/HRSD/CSM is a plus.
