Position Summary

The Project Manager III is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects in the display industry, encompassing product design, development, manufacturing, and installation. This senior-level role requires deep experience managing large-scale display programs - such as LED, LCD, OLED, digital signage, or retail display systems - from concept to completion.

The Project Manager III acts as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of all project deliverables - on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-visibility display projects simultaneously, managing all aspects from initiation through delivery and post-installation support.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives and customer expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance.
• Manage client communications and serve as the main point of contact for all project-related updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and performance standards are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports and executive summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

(PMP Certification preferred.)

• Experience: 7 10 years of project management experience in the display, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase display or hardware integration projects.
• Strong understanding of LED/LCD display systems, digital signage, mechanical assemblies, and production processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Epicor, Sales Force.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Financial acumen with experience tracking project costs and profitability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom display design, retail or architectural installations, or digital integration projects.
• Knowledge of CAD drawings, 3D modeling, and engineering change control.
• Familiarity with supply chain logistics, vendor management, and global manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead both onsite and remote project teams.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
