We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive execution within Retail Operations + Technology.

This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the operational and technological backbone of retail stores.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excels at breaking down complex initiatives into actionable execution plans.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion

• Translate complex technical details into clear action plans for non-technical stakeholders

• Break down large-scale projects into structured execution roadmaps

• Collaborate across Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design, Retail Finance, and Product teams

• Drive implementation of retail systems:

  • POS

  • ERP

  • CRM

  • AV systems

  • In-store demo technologies

• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications

• Present project updates, risk assessments, and milestones to leadership

• Operate effectively in high-velocity and ambiguous environments

• Bachelors Degree

• 5+ years of project or program management experience

• Background in:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail

  • Consumer electronics

  • Technology companies

  • Premium hospitality brands

• Strong experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, etc.)

• Deep experience implementing retail technology systems (POS, ERP, CRM, AV, Demo platforms)

• MBA or advanced degree

• PMP, Agile, or related certification

• Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and efficiency

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels
