Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our AWS Big Data project. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Agile Delivery, proficiency with JIRA, and a strong track record in estimating story points, tracking sprints, and conducting Agile ceremonies. You will be responsible for the overall project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Estimate story points, track sprint progress, and manage project scope and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and architects, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Pharmaceutical experience must.
