We have partnered with a large construction company in the Moore, SC area to provide them with a Project Manager Industrial Construction. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Manager Industrial Construction:

#1. Must have at least 7 years of Industrial Construction Management experience.

#2. Must have ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, P&IDs, flow diagrams, process data sheets, and to identify discrepancies or conflicts within documents.

#3. Must have strong working knowledge and skill of Microsoft Office products.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.

Requirements of the Project Manager Industrial Construction:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, with proven abilities in problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail.
• Background in working with manufacturing clients across diverse environments, ideally in settings involving chemical and advanced materials manufacturing.
• Competency in reading and interpreting construction-related documents such as drawings, specifications, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and process data sheets, with the ability to detect and address inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with the processes surrounding engineering and construction documentation, including data sheets, specifications, and the related approval procedures.
• Hands-on experience in process-related construction activities such as equipment installation, process piping, mechanical systems, electrical and instrumentation (E&I), and utility systems.
• Prior involvement in industrial building projects, particularly those involving civil work, concrete, steel structures, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and fire protection (FP) systems, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite for various business applications.
• A proactive and positive approach, with a commitment to contributing actively to the collaborative culture of the construction engineering team.
