Project Manager IT

Job Title: Project Manager IT Location: Torrance, CA Work Model: Onsite Compensation: $131-136k 3rd Party Suppliers: Not accepting 3rd party suppliers for this role Work Type: Onsite (4 days/week) Travel: 0- 5% Overtime: No POSITION OVERVIEW Manage multiple projects; Forecast, plan and manage budget/schedule to ensure project is on track; Organize and facilitate IT/Business meetings and workshops; Develop business cases and document project goals, required tasks and resources; Create and manage change requests, test plans and training material; Report on project status (weekly, monthly, quarterly and J-Events); Create project & upper level management presentations; Analyze and manage project risks/issues; Create SOWs and manage vendors; Assign & manage project tasks/resources; Coordinate with other contributing areas in the enterprise. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING This person will work on one or more Application Development projects for the Automobile Sales and Logistics area. WHAT'S NEEDED 8+ years managing Application Development projects, 10+ years of IT work experience; Experience in the Automotive industry; Business System Analyst or application development experience is a plus; SAFe Agile and Scrum Master experience is a must. Ability to manage a hybrid environment of Agile and Waterfall development; Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines across the enterprise; Ability to work on multiple projects; Proficient in Clarity/Open Workbench and MS Project, MS Office; Has a positive attitude & works well in autonomy and ambiguity; Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
