We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of network infrastructure and structured cabling projects at a large-scale site. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of construction projects, ensuring successful outcomes across schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for project execution, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-site presence.
What You'll Do-
Lead end-to-end execution of network infrastructure and cabling projects

Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans

Own project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, job cost tracking, and billing

Plan and manage labor requirements and on-site field operations

Oversee pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, estimating, and value engineering

Coordinate procurement, equipment, materials, and logistics

Manage subcontractors and material suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders

Proactively communicate project status, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders

Lead, train, and develop project teams

Investigate and resolve site issues, delays, or incidents

Maintain required project documentation, reporting, and schedules

Be present on-site for active construction and installation activities

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in construction management, data centers, network infrastructure, or structured cabling

Proven ability to deliver mission-critical projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience managing subcontractors and field teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work on-site in an active construction environment

Must meet standard motor vehicle record requirements

Contract negotiation and administration experience

Client-facing project leadership experience

Familiarity with project management metrics (Earned Value, SPI, CPI)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
-
BICSI RCDD or similar telecommunications certifications
