Role Summary
The Project Manager or Scrum Master is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets. They ensure cross-functional teams work efficiently, adhering to Agile or traditional project management methodologies, and achieve the project's objectives. Area will be Digital, Data and Cloud
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Management
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Monitor and adjust project plans to address risks and issues.
1. Team Coordination and Leadership
o Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional team members.
o Act as a servant leader to empower and unblock the team.
o Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
2. Stakeholder Communication
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and foster positive relationships.
3. Scrum Master Specific Responsibilities (if applicable)
o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
o Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
o Shield the team from external distractions and remove impediments to progress.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
o Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
o Generate reports to provide insights into progress, risks, and team productivity.
o Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Risk and Issue Management
o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
o Escalate critical issues to stakeholders with actionable solutions.
Qualifications
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM).
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Skills
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
