Project Manager JOS2022 NY
Starting base salary: $75-120K
Summary
The project manager will oversee each task assigned and put a strong emphasis on information and communication.
will work together with the production and field staff, engineers, and drafters.
They will also be in charge of relationship-building, scheduling, submittals, and site visits.
Responsibilities
- The capacity to build oneself up and form long-term relationships with customers.

- Technical and financial management skills, including the ability to oversee a sizable budget.

- Monitor all project expenses assigned, track through forecasting any potential risks and remedies, and provide on-time solutions.

- Determine discontinued or long lead items from the procurement team, while coordinating with the contractor at the front end of the project.

- Attend job site meetings, assess conflicts and constraints, and communicate projects, field concerns, material issues, and production delays.

- Serve as the final arbiter of technical matters.
Create a trusting, long-lasting relationship with your customers.
supervision and management of the project's financial results.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, highly skilled in organizing multifunctional tasks, while providing strong leadership to deliver all projects in a timely manner.

- In-depth understanding of technology and materials, proficiency in basic AutoCAD, and technical aptitude.

- Work collaboratively with production and field staff, engineers, and drafters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

- Degree is Needed or Years of experience equivalent to 10 years
