Project Manager JOS1979 - TX
Starting base salary: $75-100K
Summary
The Project Manager will lead each project assigned, with a strong focus on information and communication.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling, submittals, site visits and building relationships, and will work together with Estimating team, Finishing team, Procurement, Engineering, Operations Manager, Field Supervisor, Shop Fabricators, Subcontractor, and Installers.
Responsibilities
- Continuously updating project logs, submittals, stages, and completion.
(Financial, Scheduling, Finishes, Procurement, Change of Orders, Field Status, Vendor Communication Management, Site Visitation, Meetings, etc.
)
- Understand production capacity, and installation capabilities, through coordination with the shop and field team before making commitment.
- Attend job site meeting, assess conflicts and constraints, communication of projects, field concerns, material issues and production delays.
- Determine discontinued or long lead items from procurement team, while coordinating with contractor at the front end of project.
- Monitor all project expenses assigned, track through forecasting any potential risks and remedies, and provide on time solution.

- Manage scope of work, contract documentation, specification, and schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in reading shop drawings, blueprints, and field measurements.
- Detail oriented, highly skilled in organizing multifunctional tasks, while providing strong leadership to deliver all projects in a timely manner.
