Starting base salary: $85-150K
Summary
Responsible and accountable for providing strong leadership on all projects, from start point to finish. This is done through exceptional management skills and creating a dedicated team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all field dimensions, order specifications, architectural drawings, meets client expectation.
- Key point person communicating and coordinating assigned projects to all internal stake holders, general contractors, architects, and clients.
- Work with the Finance Team to ensure revenue maximization, cash flow forecasting updates, and maintaining each of the reports for each progression and stages.
Requirements
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, architectural millwork drawings, and detail oriented in all order specifications.
- Strong Project Management and Estimating experience.
- 10 years' experience in the millwork industry.
