AppleOne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive key initiatives across our organization. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the trucking or logistics industry, who excels at overseeing complex company-wide programs from conception to completion.What You'll Do:As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:Leading Program & Project Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects and programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, IT, safety, and executive leadership, to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and effectively manage project resources (people, budget, equipment) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows within our trucking operations and broader company programs to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress to stakeholders.Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed to support project initiatives.Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies across the organization, particularly within our trucking operations.What We're Looking For:5+ years of progressive project management experience, with a strong emphasis on managing company-level programs.Direct experience within the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is essential. You understand the unique challenges and operational nuances of fleet management, dispatch, safety, compliance, and freight movement.Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, , Jira, Microsoft Project).Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
