Program Manager II

📍 Location: Lakewood, CO (Hybrid)

🕒 Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager II to support the Commercial Operations team responsible for delivering high-speed broadband solutions to small, medium, and enterprise customers. This role is focused on driving operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve the customer journey from Sale-to-Connect (S2C).

In this position, you will manage multiple operational enhancement projects while coordinating customer-facing pilot programs that improve business processes and service delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Success, Product, and other business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing executive-ready status reports and dashboards. You will document end-to-end S2C processes, create operational playbooks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will also oversee complex broadband implementation projects involving high-capacity internet, backhaul connectivity, and hospitality deployments. Acting as the voice of the Commercial team, you will participate in cross-functional meetings, align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing cross-functional programs in telecommunications, broadband, networking, ISP, or technology operations. Success in this role requires excellent project management, stakeholder communication, risk management, process improvement, and organizational skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
