We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home and renovation projects from preconstruction through completion. This role focuses on schedule control, subcontractor coordination, and quality execution to deliver detailed, high-end residential builds.

What You’ll Do

• Manage custom home and remodeling projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee daily jobsite activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations

Requirements

• Experience managing high-end residential construction or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of residential construction means and methods
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and detailed schedules
• Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
