This position is remote and is based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States.
Project Manager - L&D Job Details
The Project Manager - L&D will be responsible for the effective delivery of L&D projects. This includes planning and execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project monitoring/control. They will also be responsible for scoping out learning and development opportunities and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, innovative, diverse, multi-modal blended learning solutions on a variety of learning projects that support business priorities, enable people strategies, and impact key business measures.
Project Manager - L&D Mandatory Skills
The candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training environment. They should also have experience working in a complex agile environment in the banking industry. Solid competency in MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint is required. Competency in team meeting facilitation in virtual environments and leverage of collaboration tools like Adobe Connect, WebEx, MS Teams is also important. The candidate must have a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Project Manager - L&D Desired Skills
It would be nice if the candidate can demonstrate knowledge in the application of adult learning principles for various delivery methodologies. Skills in problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and accessibility are also desired.
Project Manager - L&D Start Date
The start date for this position is March 4th. There are two positions available, one ending on October 31st and the other on December 31st.
