Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of construction projects from kickoff to completion. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, team members, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring that every phase of the project meets or exceeds expectations. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for assigned projects from planning to close-out.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

  • Prepare documentation for inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.

  • Source, order, and schedule delivery of materials and equipment to keep projects on track.

  • Negotiate with and manage subcontractors to ensure quality performance and adherence to contracts.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, punch lists, and close-out documentation.

  • Manage project budgets, AIA billings, and collaborate with accounting for financial accuracy.

  • Review, approve, and process RFIs, RFCs, and change orders per company procedures.

  • Conduct job walks, provide progress updates, and promptly address client concerns.

  • Perform final inspections to confirm project completion meets quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in construction project management with team supervision.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Hands-on knowledge of construction tools, techniques, and project workflows.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software preferred.

  • Strong understanding of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications for all trades.

  • Familiarity with contract law, safety requirements, and construction accounting practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch as required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs regularly.

  • Work takes place both in a climate-controlled office and on active job sites with exposure to varying weather, dust, fumes, and equipment noise.
