Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring project management expertise, excellent communication and reporting skills, and the ability to organize and manage training plans. Experience with financial accounting concepts is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, status reports, and documentation
• Coordinate deliverables across technical and business stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and resolve risks and issues
• Organize, develop, and manage project-related training plans and rollout activities
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting related to project budgets

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Experience managing project status, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in hybrid or onsite team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• Background or working knowledge of financial accounting concepts
