The Project Manager will lead project management activities for new product development and lifecycle programs, owning planning, execution, and reporting across projects from inception to completion. In This Role Support cross‑functional project teams from concept through launch by contributing to planning and execution of technical projects. Manage multiple project activities or smaller projects, maintaining schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues, and escalating as needed. Facilitate coordination across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones. Identify and communicate resource, capacity, and performance considerations to leadership, applying Danaher best practices to drive execution and continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related field). Prefer 2+ years of experience in project coordination, schedule management, or leadership of defined workstreams in a regulated industry. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional deliverables. Additional Qualifications Knowledge of design controls and development processes within a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 13485 or 21 CFR 820. Experience with lean methodologies or project management certifications such as PMP. Travel & Physical Requirements Ability to travel up to 10%. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $108,000 – $128,000. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
