About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and plans together to achieve meaningful results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly, and can keep projects moving forward while supporting the people involved.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build positive working relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide updates, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies early, and work proactively to address them.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Support team members by removing obstacles and fostering collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, , or similar platforms.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
