Experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Provide exceptional customer service from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing budgets, schedules, risk mitigation & safety compliance through project completion.

  • Experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction
  • Retail and Hospitality
  • Competent estimating abilities
  • STRONG Customer service skills, Team Player, Problem Solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and close out projects
  • Strong Technical Skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project
  • Professional Attitude, Strong work ethic, Self-Motivated
  • Excellent communication skills

Sales:

  • Develop lasting relationships with new and current customers
  • Develop new business opportunities and relationships
  • Assist in initial sales, proposals, and estimates for all projects
  • Establish a new client network and develop new projects
  • Maintain a professional and positive image of our company with all tasks and roles

Management:

  • Manage multiple projects
  • Direct contact with Field Superintendents, Owners, and Architects through job completion
  • Direct contract administration, procurement, scheduling and costing, supervise projects, staff oversight and mentoring, risk management, and quality control

  • Solid "take-off" abilities
  • Establish and Manage budgets and detailed project schedules
  • Manage project details: Job Scope, Subcontracts, Billing, Change Orders, and Compliance requirements while using standard project documentation and company processes
  • TEAM PLAYER MUST Work as a team with field and office staff to achieve project goals
  • Analyze and resolve work-related issues and determine an alternative method if needed
