We need a senior (10+ years) Project Manager with experience leading teams with exp in a Capital markets/Trading environment. Candidates must have experience supporting Accounting/Finance systems. Candidates will Coordinate and manage all projects within the Accounting and Salesforce technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives as well as develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking.****CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PERFECT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH NO ACCENT. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets and Trading initiatives, including trading systems, risk platforms, market data solutions, and post-trade integrations.
• Own the full project lifecycle-initiation through closure-across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to define scope, roadmap, and key milestones.
• Drive implementation and enhancement of trading platforms across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives, along with supporting infrastructure.
• Deliver regulatory and compliance-driven programs, including market risk, trade surveillance, reporting, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Maintain RAID logs, manage cross-program dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks in high-velocity trading environments.
• Oversee vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and external technology partners.
• Provide executive-level reporting, including dashboards, RAG status, financial burn analysis, and risk heatmaps for steering committees.
• Ensure effective release management, UAT coordination, and production go-live readiness for mission-critical trading applications.
• Support cloud migrations, DevOps enablement, and modernization of legacy capital markets platforms.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks aligned with enterprise PMO standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Trading Technology environments.
• Strong track record delivering trading, market data, and capital markets technology initiatives.
• Solid understanding of front, middle, and back-office processes and dependencies.
• Experience operating within highly regulated financial environments, including audit, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficient with project governance and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, and ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional global teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Experience working with trading platforms (OMS/EMS), market data solutions, and risk management systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) within capital markets environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID, Dodd-Frank, Basel, or equivalent global standards.
