Youll be responsible for overseeing exterior construction projects from start to finish while serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee exterior construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met
- Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions
- Coordinate schedules with suppliers, crews, and teammates
- Manage materials, timelines, and project progress
- Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving efficiently
- Prior construction or project management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work overtime when needed
- Comfortable working MondayFriday with most Saturdays during busy periods
