The Role

You will be trusted with end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects. You will not be a support PM buried under layers of approval. You will be accountable for delivery and given the space to make decisions.

• Direct exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery

What You Will Do

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned defense projects
• Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
• Track project cost, labor, and material spend
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and contract requirements

Required (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years Project Management experience in a aerospace or defense company
• Experience supporting DoD contracts
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance
• Must be willing to relocate to Columbus, Mississippi
