Project Manager, Operations Transformation

The Role The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations Develop standardized implementation plans Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies Monitor project performance and milestone achievement Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning Other duties as assigned.
