Deliver profitable, high-quality projects on time while developing teams, serving clients, and living out C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values.

 

Outcomes (Success Measured By)

Fee Goal Met:

  • Consistently meet or exceed project fee goals and gross margin targets for projects exceeding 3 million dollars.
  • Achieve 95%+ accuracy in cost projections and financial forecasting.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Attain ≥ 90% client satisfaction score (measured via post-project survey).
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and responsiveness.

Project Execution:

  • Deliver all assigned projects on time, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with PM deliverables and reporting deadlines.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and coach teams that model C/Sharpe’s core values.
  • Developing and training others on operations team.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in Procore and company systems.
  • Having mental fortitude and personal systems to solve problems and support operation team.

  • Certifications (Preferred): OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Industry Exposure: Restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial/commercial projects.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Restoration or specialty repair background.
  • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships across the Gulf Coast.
  • Proven success leading multi-trade teams on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with EOS systems (Scorecards, L10s, Rocks).
