Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for owning the end to end project delivery and ongoing relationship of assigned clients. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations while proactively managing risk, communication, and cross functional coordination. The PM acts as the primary point of accountability between customers, internal teams, and external contractors, combining best practices from Project Management and Customer Success disciplines. They are the customer advocate responsible for maintaining relationships and understanding the customers' short and long-term needs.
Responsibilities
-Maintain accurate project and material records within Innergy
-Own project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments
-Enforce accountability across internal and external stakeholders
-Conduct regular project status updates and customer communication
-Manage change orders, scope clarifications, and expectation alignment
-Coordinate with design, engineering, shop, installation, and contracted partners
-Represent the company professionally and confidently in high pressure situations
-Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and their active projects
-Proactively identify and mitigate timeline and delivery risks such as materials, design changes, contractor delays, and scope creep
Requirements
-5+ years in Project Management and/or Customer Success / Account Management roles
-Experience with project management software and ERP systems
-Comfortable operating in fast paced and evolving environments
-Proven experience managing multi team dependency projects
-Ability to confront issues directly and professionally
