Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a focus on ground-up projects and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources accordingly.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, civil engineering principles, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
