About the Role

The Project Manager plays a front-end, customer-facing role in the development and delivery of custom lighting and control solutions. This position engages with customers from the initial solution discussion stage, helping define project goals, align concepts, and translate vision into executable plans—then supporting the project through execution and delivery.

Working closely with sales, engineering, design, and operations teams, the Project Manager ensures that customer requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and effectively communicated across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during early-stage solution discussions, requirements gathering, and concept alignment
• Support the development of lighting and control concepts that align with customer brand, functional needs, and budget
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, design, and operations teams to translate concepts into clear project scopes
• Serve as a central coordination point between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and internal handoffs from concept through fulfillment
• Identify and resolve project risks, scope changes, and coordination challenges
• Respond to customer questions related to technical solutions, schedules, and project status
• Maintain accurate project records, files, and communication logs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of solution development and project execution processes
• Perform additional duties as required to support business needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management, Solution Coordination, or customer-facing project experience
• Strong ability to participate in solution-oriented discussions with customers
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Background in design, architecture, lighting, engineering, or related fields is a plus
• Marketing skills or a marketing-related background preferred but not required
• Experience in lighting, controls, construction, or technical products is preferred
