Job Title: Project Manager (Service Delivery Project Coordinator)

Job Description:

  • The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management Team with the Customer Experience. This includes but not limited to initial customer contact, education, and ongoing updates. At times, the PC may be involved in some Project Manager tasks. The SDPC can follow detailed directions, handling multiple, concurrent, tasks, and can reprioritize focus as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General Requirements

2. Technical Skills

  • Ability to follow process while providing feedback to opportunities to improve via proper channels.
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems. Ensuring documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Ability to comprehend customer feedback and notify proper internal teams based on customer needs or deadlines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

3. Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to direct report.
  • Anticipate and react to customers' needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Demonstrate high level of commitment to customers' success.
  • Respond to changes in customer expectations; monitors and uses customer feedback.
  • Ability to deal with a wide range of concurrent issues while remaining focused on delivery.

4. Project Coordination

  • Manage all day-to-day operational aspects of assigned tasks regarding project and scope.
  • Single Point of Contact regarding all facets of service delivery
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion or anticipate before the issue impacts project schedule and/or scope.
  • Ability to orientate and adapt to the client environment and to make the service delivery meet the business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
