Essential Job Functions
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meet with team(s) to ensure everyone understands their specific role in the project.
- Communicate with customers about project specifics.
- Make project schedules and determine when the date of certain tasks should be completed.
- Coordinate meetings to ensure the team is on schedule.
- Compile interim project reports and minutes of meetings.
- Communicate changes in the schedule dates, changes in project requirements, and unexpected hitches.
- Coordinate activities with vendors. Assist with budget management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical and technical proficiency.
- Proficient with computer-assisted design (CAD) software.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma with 2 years relative experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient reading blueprints
Desirable Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience with CAD, AutoCAD or Solidworks
- Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
