Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and estimates to drive project success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve job site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication between field crews, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor and manage project KPIs, ensuring financial, timeline, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Utilize PMO standard tools and templates, including master schedules, resource allocation, and project action plans.
  • Provide consistent status updates and effectively communicate issues, risks, and action items to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully managing building projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and ensure project alignment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability to address site challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Management, or a related field.
