Our well established Client is seeking a tenacious and experienced Project Manager to be based on-site in Mountain Home, AR to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of ultra-custom residential construction projects from Phase 1 through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering exceptional, bespoke homes in a rural setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, project engineers, designers, and internal work teams
  • Manage communication, coordination, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and risk management
  • Work hands-on in beautiful, open landscapes to create truly custom living experiences
  • Assess and address key challenges in order to streamline operations and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the creation of one-of-a-kind, high-end homes tailored to the client's vision.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Certification in Construction Management or similar area of study
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field
  • Proficiency with Apple products/Mac and Construction Management Software
  • CAD skills and vast knowledge of all aspects of construction (electrical, plumbing, mechanicals, code, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service skills
  • Tenacity and integrity

Advantageous:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Administration/Management

Benefits

  • Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Paid time off
