We offer end-to-end solutions—from design and installation to ongoing maintenance and emergency support—helping clients maximize building performance, energy efficiency, and equipment lifespan.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from kickoff through closeout. This role partners closely with field leadership, vendors, and customers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and execution from start to finish.Manage scope, budget, timeline, and resources to meet project goals.Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure labor/material readiness.Track project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to keep work on schedule.Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status updates.Manage change orders, RFIs/submittals (as applicable), and communicate impacts to stakeholders.Facilitate project meetings (kickoff, weekly progress, closeout) and ensure follow-through.Support billing and financial tracking (costs, progress billing, invoicing support as needed).Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, facilities, or related environment preferred).Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling, and budgeting.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with project tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.Ability to travel to job sites as needed.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for professional development and certification assistance.Equal Employment Opportunity:Upchurch Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
