The Role As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between company, the shop team, and building partners. What You’ll Do Partner with high‑end building contractors to deliver custom trim, doors, and millwork Communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations clearly with shop foremen Coordinate job schedules and ensure alignment between production and installation Monitor project progress and help manage costs throughout the lifecycle of the job Act as a professional, confident representative with builders and clients Ensure builders — and their customers — are satisfied with the final product Proactively address issues and help drive solutions This role blends construction knowledge, communication, and organization. What They’re Looking For Required Significant experience in the construction industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present yourself professionally with customers and contractors Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with trim, cabinetry, hardwood flooring, or finish carpentry Prior project coordination or customer‑facing construction role We value industry knowledge, professionalism, and problem‑solving just as much as specific product experience.
