Additional considerations:

1. Salesforce experience is a plus.
2. We operate in an increasingly technical environment, with projects involving ERP, Salesforce, PIM implementation, Power BI, , HRIS, and TMS. Candidates with experience in these areas would bring great value.
3. While we use , experience with any cloud-based project management tool (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana) is needed.
4. It would also be beneficial to know if candidates have experience working in a PMO organization, as that aligns with our own PMO evolution.

Knockouts:

1. Prior project management experience highly preferred.
2. PMP Certification preferred, not required.
3. Salesforce experience preferred, not required.
4. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion delivering expected outcomes.
5. Experienced managing budgets, timelines, details, and deliverables.
6. Experience in ERP implementation or ERP subject matter expertise preferred. SAP S4 and ECC.
7. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
8. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills; Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skills
9. Excellent organizational and technical skills
10. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
11. Strong attention to details and technicalities

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business with focuses in Sales, Marketing, or Equivalent Experience
