Salary Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and take ownership of engineering and manufacturing projects, from planning through successful on-time launch and first deliveries, ensuring a carefully executed cross-functional process, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management and project scheduling, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

A. Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and service.

B. Familiarity with different project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.

C. Must have 5+ years' project management experience in a structured corporate environment w/ degree or equivalent experience

1.Must have prior experience leading project meetings, effectively managing tasking and clearly understanding status across the project, highlighting risks and issues, and taking steps to communicate them. (project management tools, issue tracking systems, and status reporting)

2.Prior work with engineering teams to track and report progress, costs, risks and issues at a business level.

3.Experience maintaining project management platforms, ensuring that project plans are maintained by individual leads, and that metrics and timelines are accurate.

4.Prior experience ensuring that the project team clearly understands the requirements for the project and actively manages to those requirements.

D. Prior experience with overseeing project work in a matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment. (Proven experience managing projects across multi-functional teams)

E. Effectively manage all stakeholders and is comfortable communicating with senior level staff, pushing back when required.

F. Work with Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations to ensure a seamless release and successful transition to routine shipping.
