Position:Project Manager - SAP S4/HANA

Location:Silver Spring MD

• Must work on Eastern Time Zone with flexibility to accommodate European time zones
• Availability to work on-site at Client facilities in Silver Spring, MD

• Provide input on the change management approach (e.g., stakeholder assessment, training and readiness strategy and tracking, etc.) and support the execution of related activities
• Coordinate and collaborate with the overall Compass PMO/OCM Team
• Prepare training materials and course presentations for process and Content specific sessions
• Coordinate readiness sessions and update readiness tracker
• Provide post communication for training sessions
• Set up touchpoints with workstreams (e.g., Project Systems, Fixed Assets, PTP, and others) to cover questions, escalations, and training
• Arrange office hours and assist with post Go-Live support
• Update training materials and be able to facilitate sessions, as needed
• Prepare meeting minutes for Content PMO/OCM sessions

• Project management, training, and change management experience required
• Must be exceptionally comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to forge positive, working relationships with stakeholders from various parts of the business (Accounting, Finance, and Technology)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Initiative-taking and solution oriented
• Previous media industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
