If you have an application development background and experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage a team of business analysts, infrastructure, and software engineers constructing and maintaining mission-critical, high-visibility applications and hardware. This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Miramar, Florida.Candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2 without a need for sponsorship now or in the future. What You’ll DoDetermine the project approach, resource responsibilities, and scheduleDefine team member roles and expectations and ensure timely feedbackEnsure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectivelyReview, and be responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirementsMeasure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectationsBalance scope, schedule, quality, and risks. Make adjustments as necessaryDefine the project iterations strategy.
