The Scrum Master will ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. By maintaining strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully.Education And Work Experience:7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level.Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies.Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred.Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred.Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred.
